Our Beginnings

In 1983, we started producing the Ozark Delight® Lollipop. There was a need for an easy fundraiser that wouldn't be too time consuming for the busy schedule of teachers, parents, administrators and students. We wanted to introduce a high quality product that would produce a quick and easy profit.

The Ozark Delight® Candy Company is family owned and operated. Our son Craig Battles joined us full-time in 1988; Craig handles sales and fundraising exhibits. Kevin Stewart, our son-in-law, moved to Arkansas in 1989. Kevin manages and oversees the everyday operations at the Ozark Delight® Candy Company. Along with our responsibilities associated with the candy company, we also frequently have the privilege of meeting old friends and creating new lasting friendships as we attend conferences and conventions. As a family-owned business, we know that our reputation is very important for continued success. We promise to maintain our high quality lollipop coupled with excellent customer service, at a fair price. We want our customers to know that we appreciate their loyalty. We look forward to many years of continued friendships and providing a great product for those needing to raise money.
